Metal Straws: how do I get them?
We don’t sell our metal straws, but we do charge tables for straws that end up missing
. If you want to buy some metal straws, we recommend Noel Weber from Classic Design Studio locally, or Amazon for a bulk purchase (that’s how we stock up on them).
What should I do if my credit card was overcharged?
Wait a day or so. Most banks will authorize your credit card for the base amount of the bill plus twenty percent. After the charge is no longer pending, the amount you totaled on the receipt will appear on your statement. But, if you still have questions, you can reach a manager at info@justeatlocal.com. Just know that if the charge appears in parenthesis (or in a “pending” section of your online statement), there’s nothing we can do until the charge actually clears.
