Metal Straws: how do I get them?
We don’t sell our metal straws, but we do charge tables for straws that end up missing . If you want to buy some metal straws, we recommend Noel Weber from Classic Design Studio locally, or Amazon for a bulk purchase (that’s how we stock up on them).
What should I do if my credit card was overcharged?
Wait a day or so. Most banks will authorize your credit card for the base amount of the bill plus twenty percent. After the charge is no longer pending, the amount you totaled on the receipt will appear on your statement. But, if you still have questions, you can reach a manager at email@example.com. Just know that if the charge appears in parenthesis (or in a “pending” section of your online statement), there’s nothing we can do until the charge actually clears.

Where should I park when coming to Bittercreek or Red Feather?
There is on-street parking available on the blocks that surround the restaurants. The closest parking garage has entrances on Main between 8th and Capitol (heading East), and on Idaho between Capitol and 8th (heading East). Parking garages are free for one hour, and $1.50 for each additional hour. On-street parking is free for twenty minutes, and $.25 for each additional fifteen-minute period. Bicycle parking is located all over downtown and is free!
Can I sit at Red Feather and order off the Bittercreek Menu or vice versa?
We prefer that you sit in the restaurant where you care to dine. If one person in your party wants food from the other kitchen, though, we can usually accommodate. But we do not serve whole parties seated in one restaurant food from the other restaurant’s kitchen.
Do you have private dining facilities? If so, what is the cost?
Our cellar seats up to 22 people and features a private bathroom and bar, a dedicated staff, and a flat panel television and Apple TV which can be used with a laptop computer for presentations or via AirPlay wirelessly with an iPad or iPhone. The price for the space varies depending on the time of year, the size of your group, and the nature of your event. Request more information by emailing cellar [at] bcrfl [dot] com.
How do I request a donation for my group’s fundraiser?
