REQUEST A DONATION

Red Feather and Bittercreek donate dinners, baskets, gift cards, and merchandise to many local organizations every month. Unfortunately, we are unable to say yes as often as we would like, but our Donations Committee meets on the last Wednesday of every month to review requests and divide up the budget. After our committee meets, a manager will answer all inquiries (whether they are receiving a contribution or not) by the following Monday.

In your letter, explain why you believe your organization and ours are like-minded, possess common values, or otherwise have an interest in working together.

The fine print:
Because of the volume of requests we receive, we are very strict about how submissions are made; we do not accept submissions by email, phone, or in person; only requests with both the completed form and a cover letter, sent by mail, will be accepted. Unfortunately, if you miss our last-Wednesday deadline (if your event occurs before our committee’s next meeting), we are unable to consider your submission. We are also unable to consider submissions for events that are more than 90 days in the future. Should your group receive a contribution, we may make stipulations about reservation times/days, expiration, or product exemptions.
